First Oil is an independent oil and gas producer consisting of 10 operating companies in Russia, specializing in the exploration and production of oil and gas in the Komi Republic and Khanty-Mansi autonomous area.

Total reserves of all categories (1P, 2P, 3P) amounts to approx. 42 million tons. Oil production reached almost 600 kta in 2019.

PCH sold the business in 2022.
