DeVision holding entity (https://devision.com.ua/en/) was established in 2002 and took advantages of early real-estate market entry, managing a wide portfolio of real-estate projects.

DeVision’s portfolio includes a number of commercial and residential real estate projects in Kyiv and the Kyiv region which makes DeVision one of the largest real estate businesses in Ukraine.

PCH provided funding for the company and managed development and constructions projects until 2008.
