In 2007, PCH completed a greenfield project for the production of polyurethane foam and household chemicals in aerosol packaging in Noginsk district of the Moscow region.

The designed capacity of the plant included:

• 90 million pieces of empty cans
• 15 million cans with sealing foam
• 60 million spray cans with household chemistry stuff

Product line: sealing foam, room deodorants, hair and other sprays, shaving foam, car cosmetics, etc.

The company (brand name: “Wellchem”) was sold in 2009.
